East Vs West Review: Beauty Blender Cleanser VS Daiso Puff Cleanser

Hello Princesses!
Today I'm going to be talking about the Beauty Blender Liquid Blender Cleanser and the Daiso Detergent for Puff and Sponge! I have used the Beauty Blender Cleanser for a little while now because it was easier to buy than the Daiso Puff Cleanser, but I've always heard that the Daiso Cleanser was really great and really cheap, so I recently bought it from Sasa so I could compare the two!
 Product Claims
Beauty Blender
Keep your precious Beautyblender free from contaminants and gunk with its partner, BlenderCleanser. It effectively maintains the exquisite quality of your Beautyblender by breaking down dirt and residue that is left behind after use. Formulated with skin-friendly ingredients, this product ensures that your Beautyblender will always be like it was when you first used it. With BlenderCleanser, you'll be satisfied at how well your Beautyblender works after so many make-up sessions.

Daiso
It can be used to clean makeup sponges, puff and brushes. Given that they are cleaned once a week, one bottle can supply for around half year, which is economical and effective.

Packaging
Both cleansers are packaged in squeeze tube bottles which isn't actually great for brush cleansing, but the Beauty Blender Cleanser does come in a great pump style bottle when you purchase a smaller size which wasn't available when I bought mine. The Beauty Blender cleanser comes in a couple of different sizes, whereas the Daiso only comes in a little 80g bottle.
Ongredients
 Beauty Blender
Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Gylcerin, Coconut acid,Titanium Dioxide, Palmitic Acid, fragrance, Sodium Chloride, Tetraspdoi, EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder.

Daiso
Surface active agent (34% Ppolyoxyethylene alkyl ether), Fattyacid alkanolamide, Alkyl bentaine), Water softener (alkaline chemicals)

I couldn't find a more cohesive list of ingredients for the Daiso cleanser which is strange, but I've typed out what was on the bottle itself. It's pretty hard to compare the ingredients when you don't have a full list, so I'm not going to delve into it too much.

Performance
My initial thought about using both of these cleansers every other week is that the Beauty Blender smells much nicer, but the Daiso cleans puffs substantially better. I found that both products cleaned brushes exactly the same, I needed to use slightly more of the Beauty Blender Cleanser than the Daiso, and both cleanser cleaned my actual Beauty Blender the same. However, the Daiso cleans cushion puffs much better, I found that the Beauty Blender Cleanser left little patches of foundation on the cushion, whereas the Daiso always left them super sparkly clean.
Price
Beauty Blender
$60 - 280g
$0.214c p/g

Daiso
$2.60 - 80g
$0.0325c p/g

Beauty Blender
- Can buy different sizes
- Smells like lavender
- Cleans brushes and sponges well, but not cushion puffs
- Fairly expensive

Daiso
- Only comes in one size (80g)
- Doesn't really have a scent
- Cleans brushes, sponges and cushion puffs well
- Incredibly inexpensive

Final Thoughts
I've used the Beauty Blender Cleanser for quite a while, but I think from now on I'm going to be purchasing multiple bottles of the Daiso Puff Cleanser because it really is so much cheaper. I do enjoy using the Beauty Blender Cleanser, and it does smell much nicer than the Daiso, but it really is quite expensive and since I use so many cushion puffs the Daiso Cleanser does work much better in comparison. As for storing the cleanser, I have an Etude House pump bottle that works so well for brush cleanser, so I just need to buy the Daiso Cleanser in doubles so I can fill up the little bottle. I'm actually excited to be saving some money on Brush Cleanser since it's one thing I won't DIY (like, hello acne) so the Daiso is a much cheaper alternative!
