Justin Bieber spends most of his time on the road while on tour away from his family and loved ones, so it was no doubt a breath of fresh air for the teen to hang out with his mentor and friend Will Smith this week.
The 'Beauty and a Beat' singer is currently on a lengthy break from his 'Believe' world tour before it resumes again in Asia next month, so it comes as no surprise that the hearrthrob is making sure to spend time with his nearest and dearest and apparently, that includes Will Smith, the father of his BFF Jaden.
In a photo shared on his Instagram page, Justin can be seen posing with the 'After Earth' actor who has his arm around the youngster, with the caption: “Me and uncle Will,” hinting at their close bond.
Will, 44, has previously made no secret of his admiration for Justin, defending the teen earlier this year amidst an endless spate of negative press.
“We think it is hugely important to support young artists, there is a war against that kind of artistry, that kind of creation,” Will told Extra in April.
“When somebody is 19-years-old, they are going to do what they are going to do just like we did. For me, the most important thing was for him to know any time he can call and I’ll come, whatever happens.”
It seems the feeling is mutual as Justin recently retweeted a quote from Will and Jaden's hit movie The Pursuit of Happyness, with the caption: “My guy Will Smith...the man gives good advice.”
Perhaps Will has been giving Justin, 19, some advice on his recent dramas which includes a leaked photo of the star standing naked in front of his grandma and reports that he has moved on from his failed romance with Selena Gomez with model Ashley Moore whom he was spotted with earlier this week.
According to X17 Online, “All eyes were on Bieber and his girl — the two caused quite a scene when they walked into the restaurant,” a photographer tells the website.
