My Experience with Faces Go Chic Lipstick Pretty Pink:

This lipstick comes in a black cardboard box with all the details printed on all sides of the box. The actual lipstick is in a black plastic body. The packaging is neither too flimsy nor great. It reminds me of Elle 18 lipsticks, but a little better quality wise. The twist-up mechanism works smoothly and there’s nothing to complain about the packaging.

One of my second favorite shades from the 5 lipsticks that I picked – “Pretty Pink” is just what it says! A pretty peachy coral-y pink shade it is. This is such a fun shade to wear perfect for college-going girls. It is again a very summery shade and paired with a similar peachy blush and loads of mascara, is bound to look so young and fresh and cute on everybody! This shade will however wash out darker-skinned beauties which is so unfortunate!

The pigmentation is quite okay, you would need 4-5 swipes of the lipstick to get a good opaque finish on your lips. This shade however is a bit patchy so that’s a dud!

The formula on this lipstick is extremely smooth and creamy. How I wish they also had a matte formula for the same shades. The texture is buttery and glides on very easily. It has a very light consistency and hence feels super light on the lips. It has a balmy texture so you won’t need a lip balm any time soon if you are applying this lipstick. They don’t dry out your lips one bit.

The staying power is low on these because of how creamy they are. The colour stays barely for 3-4 hours. It does transfer with the slightest touch and it doesn’t do a good job staying put while meals and stuff. It does fade away quickly, hence re-application is mandatory every 2 hours or so!

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Faces Go Chic Lipstick Pretty Pink?
I would say yes, because I love the shade a lot, but these are kind of in the middle, as Elle 18 lipsticks are away better and way cheaper than these. Also, Maybelline Color Show lipsticks perform way better than these and the price range is almost the same as these!
